Shipping policy

You can expect your package to ship within 3-5 business days after confirmation of your order. First class parcels shipping from Hawaii generally take 3-5 days to reach a customer on the mainland. We are not responsible for delays due to the USPS and/or weather.

We generally ship all US orders via USPS based on weight and zone. No one likes to pay exorbitant shipping charges so rest in the fact that we have sought the lowest shipping charges possible!

All US and International orders shall be accompanied by a tracking number.

We are not liable for any additional customs fees incurred.

We have put a lot of thought into our shipping & packaging methods to make the best decisions regarding safeguarding our product, cost efficiency, and the environmental impact each package has. We have intentionally chosen recyclable and reusable poly mailers- please help extend the life of your poly mailer and reuse it or recycle it at a participating facility (often located in grocery stores). In our effort to reduce single use plastics, all textile and clothing orders will come wrapped in tissue paper.

We take sustainability seriously and are constantly reviewing our methods and looking for ways to improve. If you have suggestions to improve our packaging methods, we would love to hear them!
